PINKIE JONES MEMORIAL COUPLES TOURNAMENT

You are cordially invited to participate in the 2008 Pinkie Jones Memorial Couples Tournament. DATE: May 2-4, 2008 LOCATION: The Lake Golf Course 5608 Flat Rock Rd. Waco, TX 76708

ENTRY FEE: $165 per couple Includes: 2 Tournament Rounds Optional Practice Round, Friday, May 1 Tournament Dinner Saturday night Prizes & Gifts **Cart Fee Not Included**

ENTRY FEE DUE DATE: APRIL 1, 2008

CANCELLATION/ REFUND: Participants registered then unable to attend will be eligible for a full refund of tournament entry up to 30 days prior to the event. After April 1st, 2008 paid fees for the event will be forfeited.

TEAMS: A team will be recognized as 1 male and 1 female player. College or high school players are excluded from entry.

FIELD: The tournament will be limited to 40 teams. Entries are on a first come basis until the event is full. Cancellations will be filled from a wait list.

FORMAT: 9 holes on regulation and 18 on Par 3 each day. Scramble on the Par 3, low ball on regulation. One mulligan per person per day may be purchased for $10.

HANDICAP: Participants must have a valid verifiable USGA handicap.

FLIGHTS: Flights will be determined after first round scores Using 80% of the handicap. Winners in each flight will be determined by using ½ of the Saturday score and add it to the Sunday score. 10 Shot Rule will be applied: If you shoot 10 shots better on the second day you will be placed in the next higher flight.

ITENIARY: Friday, May 2 Optional Practice Round 5:30 – 7:30 Registration, Social Time, Contests, Activities

Saturday, May 3 10:00 – 11:30 Registration 12:00 – Shotgun Start 5:30 – 6:30 – Social Time 6:30 -Dinner

Sunday, May 4 8:00 – Shotgun Start

Prizes awarded immediately following play.
